 « Fractures : aesthetic-conservative treatments »
Recent literature reports an increasing number of injuries causing fractures of front teeth. Causes, type of fractures and therapies will be fully considered. The aesthetic goal will be achieved by a very conservative point of view. The treatment options that will be analyzed are different techniques of reattachment, direct composite restorations and indirect restorations by porcelain veneers. The final goal is to consider advantages and disadvantages of the three methods with the help of international literature, in order to give simple but efficient guidelines for the practitioner that has to decide and propose a treatment planning to every day’s patient.
