The live conferences Zedental.com : How to participate ?

Step 1 : Your installation

1. You have to use a computer. PC is recommended because you have to install a software available only on PC. But you can see the conference with Mac with web navigator (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari).
   
   
2. ADSL is recommended. If you narrowband, please tell us and make necessarily the test session (see farther)
   
   
3. You need a phone to listen to the conference in English. It's better to have speakers on your phone. You'll can ask question by phone, or you can also ask your questions by writing them.

Step 2 : Necessary softwares

Step 3 : Test your configuration before the conference

We recommend you to make this test during your first conference and after every technical modification of your computer.

2 possibilities :

1. Participate to the test session organized the day before every conference
   

A test session is planned the day before every conference to check with you the good configurations of your computer and familiarize you with the interface.

The test lasts 5 minutes and allows to check your connection, to exchange some words to insure an optimal connection. If necessary, you can contact us on our hotline ( 01.49.09.15.32 ) opened during all the duration of this session.

You will receive a link of connection on your mail box during the day for the test session and the conference. You will just have to click this link to enter the event.


2. Test your connection to our live platform at any time

This test allows you to connect to a virtual lesson at any moment, Click here.

Step 4 : How to enter to the conference

• 15 min before the conference if you have high-speed Internet
• 45 min before the conference if you have narrowband

Click on the link ENTER THE CONFERENCE of your invitation email.
choose and click Participant Application	choose and click Web Participant Application

Step 5 : Select audio device

You have to use a telephone to listen to the conference in English. Follow the instructions below :
